Return & Refund Policy

At Ultimate Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

  • The item must be undamaged and without any signs of wear or alteration.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria mentioned above. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please note that exchanges require the original item to be returned to us before we can send out the replacement. After your return is processed, we will reship the new size at no additional cost to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item in the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:

  • Provide a free reshipment of the correct size or a replacement item, at no additional cost to you.

  • Ensure that you receive the correct and undamaged product.

To process a claim for damaged or incorrect items, please include:

  • A photo of the damage or error.

  • Your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective).

  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

Late Returns

Returns that are received after the 14-day return window will not be accepted.
